Connect Cloudbeds

Authorise Cloudbeds with shared OAuth or your own app credentials.

Cloudbeds connects via OAuth. You have two options.

Shared connection (quickest)

  1. 1 Open the property and find the PMS connection card.
  2. 2 Choose Cloudbeds and click Connect.
  3. 3 Authorise Staklio in the Cloudbeds window.
  4. 4 Confirm the property on the confirmation screen — the first sync then pulls in your units and recent reservations.

Your own app credentials (optional)

  1. 1 Create an app in the Cloudbeds Marketplace and copy its client ID and secret.
  2. 2 On the PMS connection card choose the custom Cloudbeds option.
  3. 3 Paste the client ID and secret, then authorise as above.

Note: Tokens refresh automatically before they expire — you don't need to reconnect. Where a deep link is available, reservation rows link straight into Cloudbeds.
