Connect StayNTouch

Connect StayNTouch with client credentials and your hotel id.

StayNTouch connects with client credentials (a client id and secret) plus your hotel id.

To connect

  1. 1 On the property's PMS connection card, choose StayNTouch.
  2. 2 Enter your client id, client secret and hotel id.
  3. 3 Save — Staklio mints an access token and runs the first sync.
Notas: When Staklio creates a reservation in StayNTouch (an owner stay, or a routed move), it assigns the room type and a free room automatically so the booking is complete from the front desk's point of view.
