Portfolio pricing has two components: a platform fee per property and a rate per owner, with volume tiers on both. It scales with your portfolio rather than against it.

Consolidated statements, multiple PMS connections, and shared owner accounts across properties all shape the number — so we look at your setup before quoting.

Do you support multiple properties?

Yes — it's what Staklio is built for. Each property connects to its own PMS, bills and settles separately, and owners with units across several properties get one consolidated statement. Portfolio pricing is quoted per portfolio.

How is portfolio pricing calculated?

Two components: a platform fee per property and a rate per owner, with volume tiers on both. We look at your property count, owner count, PMS mix and how much consolidation you need, then send a written quote within two working days of a 20-minute call.

Why do you charge per owner?

Owners are where the value lives. Each one gets a branded portal, monthly statements, owner stays, and support — so pricing per owner keeps it simple and fair. One number, no surcharges to watch, and nothing else on the invoice. For a single property that's the whole invoice. Across a portfolio, owners alone don't describe the work — connecting and reconciling each property does — so portfolios are priced on both.

Is my PMS integration included?

Your PMS integration is in the price from the start — no integration fee and no separate contract. The rate you see is the rate you pay.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

None for standard PMS integrations (Cloudbeds, Mews, StayNTouch) — onboarding is included in the price. Custom integrations are the only exception and are quoted up front.

What if I want to leave?

You're never locked in. Billing is month to month — cancel anytime, and your data stays available for 30 days so you can export everything on your terms.
