Timeshare & points — overview

How day- and point-based ownership works in Staklio.

For everyone · 3 min read

Beyond fractional ownership, Staklio supports timeshare and points models, where owners hold an annual allowance they spend on stays rather than owning a specific unit's revenue.

The two models

  • Days — an owner is allocated a number of days per year in a room category and books in day increments.
  • Points — an owner holds annual points and spends them per night; room categories are priced in points, with peak-season multipliers.

Owners also share in the pool revenue of their category, split by their ownership share, and contribute an annual maintenance fee.

Notas: Operators configure allocations, categories and expenses; owners see a dedicated dashboard of days/points used versus allocated.
