The vacation-club mode is a streamlined points model built around contracts and annual grants.
How it fits together

•A contract ties an owner to a property and defines their use-rights (a fixed week, a floating week, or points).

•Each use-year an owner receives a points grant they can spend on bookings.

•An annual maintenance-fee invoice is issued per owner, with paid/unpaid status.
Owner booking

Open the vacation-club dashboard and choose Book.

Pick the grant to spend from, then a unit and dates.

The points cost is shown live; confirm to reserve and deduct.
Notas: Owners can see their contracts, the balance of each grant, and any overdue invoices from one dashboard.
