Set up timeshare allocations (operators)

Configure categories, allocations and shared expenses.

Setup

  1. 1 Define room categories under Categories — group units by room type and set points per night (and any peak-season multiplier).
  2. 2 Create allocations under Allocations — assign each owner a days-per-year or points-per-year budget in a category, plus their annual maintenance fee.
  3. 3 Record shared costs under Expenses, so maintenance and repair costs distribute across the pool.
Notas: Pool revenue for a category is split among its owners by ownership share, so owners benefit from the category's overall performance, not just their own stays.
