Automatic room rotation (intake allocation)

Route every new booking to the owner who's furthest behind.

For operators · 4 min read

With automatic routing on, the moment a new booking syncs in Staklio assigns it to the owner with the highest fairness debt — the one furthest below their fair share of revenue — within the same room type, and only if a unit is free.

Turn it on

  1. 1 Open the property and find the Reservation routing card.
  2. 2 Choose Auto — reassign on intake, and save.
  3. 3 From that moment, new bookings are routed automatically. Your existing backlog is left exactly as it is.

Fairness debt, briefly

Each owner carries a running debt: behind on revenue means a higher debt, ahead means a lower one. The engine sends each new booking to the highest-debt owner, so over time everyone converges toward an even share. Within a single sync it spreads bookings so they don't all pile onto one owner.

Note: Reservations the PMS marks 'do not move' (ADA, a fixed room, an owner request) are always left where they are. Bookings that existed before you switched routing on are never retroactively reassigned.
