Balancer vs. rotation — which to use

When to route automatically and when to balance by hand.

Both keep earnings fair, from different angles.

Use automatic rotation when

  • You want fairness handled at booking time, with no manual step.
  • Bookings arrive steadily and you trust the engine to spread them.

Use the manual balancer when

  • You want to review and approve each change.
  • You're correcting an imbalance that built up before routing was on.
  • You only want to act at month boundaries.
Notas: They work well together: leave routing on for new bookings, and run the balancer occasionally to smooth out anything that drifted.
