Understand your monthly statement and raise an issue.

Each month you receive a statement showing gross revenue, the deductions applied, and your net payout. Every figure traces back to a dated reservation or owner stay, and you can download a PDF.

If something looks off

  1. 1 Open the statement and review the line items.
  2. 2 Contact your operator with what looks wrong.
  3. 3 They investigate — any correction appears as an adjustment on a later statement.
Notas: Accepting a statement is optional but helps your operator know everything is in order.
