These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Staklio, operated by Synrfy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Staklio is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables property and asset management companies to manage owner relations, calculate and distribute financial settlements, and synchronize data with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Cloudbeds and Mews. Property owners and managers can access their investment portfolio, view reservation data, and receive settlement statements through the platform.
The company administrator creates the primary account and is responsible for their organisation’s use of the Service. Administrators may invite property owners and managers as additional users.
Access to Staklio beyond any free trial period requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.
We may offer a free trial period to evaluate the Service. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to upgrade to a paid plan or your account access will be limited. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
When using the Service, you agree to:
The Staklio platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Synrfy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.
You retain all rights to your own data. By using the Service, you grant us the right to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You own your data. We act as a data processor on your behalf for the personal data of your customers and property owners. We process this data only in accordance with your instructions and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may perform maintenance that causes temporary downtime and will endeavour to do so outside of peak hours.
We do not provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with guaranteed uptime commitments at this time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Dutch law.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your data. We will provide your data in a reasonable format within 30 days of your request. After 90 days from termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless longer retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice by email or through a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
