Vacation club: contracts & use-rights

The vacation-club mode is a streamlined points model built around contracts and annual grants.

How it fits together

• •A contract ties an owner to a property and defines their use-rights (a fixed week, a floating week, or points).
• •Each use-year an owner receives a points grant they can spend on bookings.
• •An annual maintenance-fee invoice is issued per owner, with paid/unpaid status.

Owner booking

1. 1 Open the vacation-club dashboard and choose Book.
2. 2 Pick the grant to spend from, then a unit and dates.
3. 3 The points cost is shown live; confirm to reserve and deduct.
