Reading the allocation audit log

See every routing decision the engine made, and why.

Every routing decision is recorded so you can see exactly what happened and explain it to owners.

Open it

  1. 1 Open the property and choose View full audit log from the Reservation routing card.
  2. 2 Each row shows the reservation, the unit the PMS originally picked, the unit the engine assigned, whether it was moved, the reason, and the owner's fairness debt at that moment.
  3. 3 Use Show moved only to filter to just the reassignments.

Notas: The balancer and the routing engine are separate systems. The balancer is something you review and apply; routing happens automatically at intake. The balancer page flags routing activity so the two are never confused.
