Understanding your allowance

How nights or credits limit personal stays.

For owners · 2 min read

Your operator may give you an allowance for personal use. It comes in one of three forms.

Allowance types

  • None — no specific limit on owner stays.
  • Nights per year — a set number of nights you can book.
  • Credits per year — a budget you spend, where nights cost credits.

Allowances run either on the calendar year (pro-rated) or as a rolling 12 months. When you book a stay, the nights or credits are deducted; cancelling gives them back.

Notas: If you don't have enough allowance left for the dates you pick, the booking is blocked and tells you why.
