Everyone in Staklio has a role that controls what they can do and see.

Roles

  • •Admin / superadmin — full operator access: properties, owners, settlements, settings.
  • •Manager — operational access without account-level settings.
  • •Owner — read-only portal scoped to their own units.
  • •Invitee — a family member or friend an owner invites, with a limited portal.
  • •Viewer — read-only, no actions.

Owner visibility is layered: an account-wide default profile (simple, standard or extended) sets the baseline, an owner can have per-owner overrides, and each contract can tighten visibility further. Where rules conflict at property level, the strictest setting wins.

Notas: Switching accounts: if you belong to more than one account you can switch between them from the account menu without logging out.
