Inviting your team

Team members are your staff — the people who run the property day to day. They are separate from owners, free of charge, and managed under Settings → Team.

Adding someone

Enter their name, email and role. If they have never used Staklio, they get an invitation email with a link to set a password. If they already have a Staklio account elsewhere, they are added straight away and sign in with the password they already have — the confirmation message tells you which happened.

The roles

• •Admin — full access, including account settings, billing and the team itself.
• •Manager — day-to-day operations: properties, owners, settlements, expenses. Cannot change account settings or manage the team.

When an invitation does not arrive

Three buttons handle the usual causes, in order of how often they help.

What to try

1. 1 Resend invitation — for someone who never opened the first email. Only shown while the invitation is still pending.
2. 2 Resend activation — for someone who set a password but never confirmed their email address, so cannot sign in.
3. 3 Copy sign-in link — when email itself is the problem. Corporate spam filters sometimes follow links automatically and burn a single-use token before the person sees it. This gives you a link to share by phone or chat instead; it is valid for 24 hours and shown once.

Changing and removing people

Change someone's role from the dropdown on their row, or remove them entirely. Two things are refused: removing yourself, and removing or demoting the last admin — an account with no admin cannot be recovered without support.
