Is there a discount for multiple properties?
Per-property pricing stays fair and flat. For 5+ properties we offer an annual commitment discount (10-15%). For 20+ properties: enterprise agreement.
What about setup fees?
Zero setup fees for standard PMS integrations (Cloudbeds, Mews, Shiji, Stayntouch). Custom PMS integrations are quoted separately based on scope.
Why $3 per owner?
Owners are the primary cost driver: each owner means a login, monthly statements, and support. Our $3/owner scales fairly — small properties pay less, big properties pay proportionally.
Can I cancel anytime?
