Do I have to disclose the commission to my client?
Yes — and we think you should want to. Transparency keeps you the trusted advisor. It's in the agreement.
Is this exclusive? Is there a quota?
No and no. Recommend whatever is best for your client. There are no minimums — though staying active (one referral per 18 months) keeps your lifetime rates running.
What if my client negotiates a discount?
Commission is calculated on what the client actually pays. Published annual discounts apply; partners can't promise custom discounts.
Which PMS systems are supported?
Cloudbeds today, with Mews, Shiji, and Stayntouch on the roadmap. Custom integrations are quoted per project — and yes, you earn on those clients too.
When and how do I get paid?
Quarterly, against your invoice, on collected revenue. Minimum payout $100 (smaller balances roll over).
What does certification involve?
A one-hour product session and a sandbox account. That's it. You'll be able to demo and onboard independently.
