The onboarding wizard

The two guided steps you see right after signing up.

When you first sign in, Staklio walks you through a short wizard so you have a working property in minutes.

The steps

  1. 1 Step 1 — Connect your PMS. Choose Cloudbeds, Mews or StayNTouch and authorise. The wizard advances automatically once the connection is saved, and a first reservation sync starts in the background.
  2. 2 Step 2 — Add your first owner. Enter their name and email; you can assign a unit to them right away. They receive an invitation email to set their password.

On completion, Staklio sets up a sensible default settlement configuration (a management commission plus a cleaning fee) so your first settlement already has rules to run. You can change all of this later under Settlements → Rules.

Note: You land on your dashboard once both steps are done. Nothing is locked in — every choice in the wizard can be revisited from the property and settings pages.
