What Staklio costs, how the trial works, and what happens if a payment fails.
Staklio is priced on the number of owners you manage. Everything else — units, properties, features, staff accounts — is included, so growing a building does not change your bill unless the owner count changes.
The price
$8 per active owner per month, with a $99 monthly minimum. Under thirteen owners you pay the minimum; above that it is simply eight dollars each. Annual billing carries a discount that applies every year, not just the first.
What three properties pay
Only the owner count moves the price. Rooms, properties and staff accounts are included.

The 20-room and 40-room properties pay the same because both sit under thirteen owners. Adding rooms never changes the bill.
What does not affect the price

•Units — a 400-room property costs the same as a 40-room one at the same owner count.

The trial
New accounts get 14 days. When it ends, whoever holds the subscription is taken to the subscription page on their next visit. Owners are never locked out over a payment they have nothing to do with — they keep read access to their statements.
Adding owners mid-month
Each new owner is charged for the remainder of the period they were added in. Rather than re-pricing your subscription every time — which used to produce a flurry of invoices when someone imported a building — these amounts collect as an outstanding balance.

On a monthly plan the $106.67 rides along on that next invoice automatically. On an annual plan a Pay now button appears instead.

If a payment fails
What happens, in order

You get a banner and an email. Everything keeps working.

For 14 days nothing changes except that banner — time to update the card.

After that the account becomes read-only: statements, settlements and reports stay readable, but nothing can be changed until payment succeeds.

The moment a payment goes through, everything returns to normal immediately.
Notas: Use Manage subscription to update your card, change your billing address, download invoices or cancel. That opens Stripe's own billing portal — Staklio never stores your card details.
Who can see the subscription page?
Managers and admins. Owners cannot reach it — what the account costs is not their business.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
The choice is made when you subscribe. To change afterwards, contact support.
I added an owner but was not charged.
Comped accounts and fixed-price deals are exempt. If neither applies, contact support — a charge can be missed if Stripe was briefly unreachable at that moment.
